About ProClaim ProClaim provides ancillary billing services to over 1,700 extended care facilities throughout the United States. Our programs offer the most efficient means of capturing reimbursement for covered residents in long-term care facilities and home-bound residents. ProClaim offers a Fee for Service (FFS) program where the customer has the Medicare Part B supplier number and contracts with ProClaim to submit claims on a fee per transaction. Our unique approach to this business includes: area coordination (field representatives), customer service, document preparation/tracking, billing and collection, compliance, and a full range of reporting which empowers clients to increase both operational efficiency and financial returns. Headquartered in Franklin, TN, ProClaim, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gulf South Medical Supply and PSS World Medical. We also offer a Full Assignment (FA) program through Ancillary Management Solutions, Inc. This program offers a solution for facilities that do not have a Medicare Part B number and choose not to participate in the Part B program.
